Learning is not just about training, learning is so much more. Learning happens to us every day, all day. L&D is not about the department and creating nice content, it’s about harnessing the natural desire to learn and to create an environment where it can be targeted to create value and a positive force for change.I have been involved in learning for over 20 years, and have helped train over 1000 HR professionals. Using this and my experience of working directly with, and influencing challenging characters I have created the ‘Influential Leadership’ model. This is designed to help L&D professionals to develop the required influencing skills, speak the language of business and create innovative solutions.
