The Head of Talent & Culture role is ideal for a driven individual looking to make their mark within an ambitious, growing company. This role, reporting directly to the COO, will be our clients first professional OD hire and will be responsible for owning the talent acquisition, talent development and culture enhancement agendas.
Own the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including career path and L&D programmes.
Ensure that career path, promotion, and professional development frameworks align to the company values and needs and are adopted throughout the business.
Support the Board to deliver a leadership development programme that enables leaders and managers to deliver on the aspirational vision.
Build partnerships with external L&D providers to successfully deliver best-in-class external training events.
Own the talent acquisition process, supporting hiring managers to attract the best talent in the market to the business.
Ensure internal recruitment is delivered through a consistent hiring model, enabling the recruitment of staff with the right values and competencies, and portraying a high-quality employer brand.
Create a PSL of quality and values driven recruitment providers to enable the company to meet its headcount growth objectives.
Develop the employer branding proposition and marketing collateral.
Culture & Wellbeing
Support the business to protect the essence of its culture through a period of rapid growth.
Research industry trends to identify best practice, implementing initiatives that enhance company culture and staff wellbeing.
Implement its D&I programme, including working with a D&I consultancy and training firm that is partnering with the business to improve its approach.
