We are looking for an energetic people person to work on the implementation of our learning and development strategy across our Village network.
Working closely with the Head of Talent Development, this role will play a fundamental part to ensure we design and deliver industry learning interventions, develop core capabilities, and improve performance to meet our wider business objectives.
This role is for those truly passionate about people development, you will thrive working in a fast paced and highly ambitious team. People development is a vital part of our business success, and you will help implement the learning curriculum for Havas.
You will already have strong knowledge and understanding of the training cycle and have a demonstrable record of executing L&D interventions from diagnostic phase through to delivery. This role requires a mix of project management of our village wide initiatives and the opportunity to design and development bespoke content, resources, and marketing communication of our programmes.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to execute initiatives that will directly impact the people and company culture within Havas.
Planning, project management and coordination of learning and wellness programmes across the network.
Build and expand supplier network and resources. Liaising and negotiating with external suppliers, ensuring best value as appropriate.
Working with the Head of Talent Development to identify development needs and follow up with the design and roll out of relevant and progressive training programmes.
With the Head of Talent Development and other People Partners, support in conducting learning needs analyses to ensure all roles have the necessary knowledge and skills to deliver on business objectives.
Ownership of the execution and evolution of Havas Equalise, our award-winning health and wellbeing programme.
An opportunity to create bespoke resources, content and design workshops and deliver innovative and blended learning solutions.
Design internal marketing communications to promote and engage with our people and drive interest in our programmes and initiatives.
Lead on key projects including the apprenticeship levy programmes, Kickstart and early career support programmes.
Maintain insightful data to help guide decision making and ensure ROI/ROE. Analysis of data and formulation of reports.
Manage programme budgets and financial tracking and payments. Work with the accounts team to ensure suppliers are set up and paid.
Support global learning programmes through contribution to content, delivery, and coordination.
Develop and curate employee experience interventions to help keep our people inspired and connected to the manifesto by bringing our common values to life.
