We offer core bite-size virtual workshops across 9 topics such as:

And in addition to bite-size, we also run whole management and leadership development programmes AND offer 2 signature development programmes:

– The Coaching Suite:

A series of ten, two-hour highly practical workshops designed to give leaders the tools and techniques to coach in a range of contexts. These are offered as whole suite, or using a mix / match approach

– The Influence Programme:

A two day, face to face deep dive Masterclass which builds out assertiveness, stakeholder engagement and impact. This can also be run virtually over four sessions, or a light-touch overview over two sessions.
