We provide a range of ILM and EMCC accredited coaching and mentoring programmes, meaning that those who train with us as coaches, will not only gain a recognised qualification, but will also be able to gain professional accreditation with the EMCC. We also provide specialist training and ongoing support for our trainee coaches, who are interested in building their own successful coaching business.

As an ILM and City & Guilds accredited Centre, we offer a wide range of leadership and management qualifications, teacher training courses and assessor qualifications. We are also approved by The Institute of Leadership & Management to deliver a range of tailor-made leadership and management, coaching and facilitation courses, which are accredited programmes.

We provide a range of 1:1 and team coaching services, both in-house for organisations and for individuals.

A lot of our experience was initially providing bespoke, business to business training and services, however since 2016, we have increased our ‘open course’ provision, which has been fantastic as it has enabled us to work with a wider ‘reach’ of delegates, particularly online!

We offer a range of face to face and online learning provision, and we have a fresh and interactive online learning platform, which supports our ‘live’ online training and also enables us to offer ‘self-directed’ online learning programmes.
