About Scott Hunter:
Scott worked in the UK Prison service for 18 years, working with every type of prisoner and spent the last 4 years as a national trainer. He has been helping design and deliver training on crisis management, hostage negotiation and operational leadership. Over the last 10 years he has been delivering HR & L&D qualifications across the Middle East, gaining more insights into different types of organisations and the challenges facing them. This background has given Scott a unique perspective in working with and influencing a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. He is on a mission to support the change in perception of learning within organisations. He believes we need to become more influential, build our personal brand and reputation to enable us to become trusted strategic advisors.
