Wendy started in L&D over 5 years ago and still loving it every single day! She has had budget responsibility in each role. She understands the what and the how, but also the struggles that come with it. Finance can be daunting but thanks to her experience as a co-trainer for a finance for non-financials training it became much clearer why we need to have budgets and it can actually became something quite fun to do!
