Overcoming Imposter Syndrome

It’s all a matter of perception - Overcoming Imposter Syndrome .
About this Course Impostor syndrome - a psychological pattern in which one doubts one's accomplishments and has a persistent internalised fear of being exposed as a "fraud" - is a constant battle for many L&D professionals.
We were 'lucky', we 'somehow' managed to achieve something beyond our capability or that it was 'just a fluke' are common things I have heard people in L&D say about their accomplishments.
During this 1 hr talk from Kim-Adele Platts, we will explore this phenomenon and find ways to overcome that feeling that we are not enough.
Kim-Adele Platts FInstLM is an Interim CEO, entrepreneur and board-level coach who specialises in helping executives lead with impact and humanity. Her journey has taken her from an NVQ in hairdressing to the boardrooms of the FTSE 250.
With over 25 years of experience, Kim has established a reputation as a transformational leader. She consistently generates new business and has turned under-performing companies into market leaders despite challenging environments.
She is an international best-selling author and speaker, a Marshall Goldsmith accredited coach and a Non-Exec Director with the IoD, Academy Trust and Mary’s Meals.
