About Tim Osborn:
The basis of my experience came from my first job with a large Australian bank. Those first 12 years would become the backbone of everything that has followed. It acquainted me with customer service, consultancy, leadership, coaching, risk assessment, analysis, business management, sales and training; amongst others. Upon leaving the bank I made a list of the responsibilities I had in my previous role and focussed on the ones I like most, which were coaching and training. Right then, I made a conscious choice to choose Learning and Development as a career. Since that time key roles have included Head of Training, Organisational Development Manager, Learning & Development Manager and Bank Manager. All of these experiences have allowed me to create a persona that I strive for in any classroom environment. However a previous trainee in their feedback described it best – “Tim is relaxed, professional, interactive and informative; with a dose of humour”.
